For the third year in a row, Jim White Honda is partnering up with WTOL 11 in one of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's largest nationwide fundraising programs. The Toledo St. Jude Dream Home has raised over $3.5 million for the kids of St. Jude in the past and has a goal this year to raise another $2,000,000. The Toledo community is  incredibly important to the mission of St. Jude as it is the city St. Jude Children's Research Hospital founder, Danny Thomas, was raised.Â
Starting in early April 2022, WTOL 11 began running promotional announcements through television and online marketing, selling raffle tickets for a Dream Home valued at $500,000. Jim White Honda sweetened the pot by offering a brand new 2022 Honda Civic and became a co-sponsor in the giveaway.
The goal was to raise over $2,000,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  This year, so far, we raised over $1.55 million , and as this is written on June 26, 2022, WTOL 11 is still selling raffle tickets and is on pace to reach this goal.Â
In August, the winner of the Home and the Car will be announced on WTOL 11 and WUPW.
